This online shop is operated from Switzerland. We do not manufacture, store, or ship any products ourselves. All products are printed and shipped on demand by our fulfillment partner:

Printful also operates multiple fulfillment centers in the European Union and other regions.
2. Order Processing and Fulfillment
All products offered in this store are made to order. Once an order is placed:
- The order is automatically forwarded to Printful for production and shipping.
- Production typically takes 2–7 business days.
- Shipping time depends on the destination and shipping method.
- Once the order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
We do not maintain inventory in Switzerland. All products are shipped directly from Printful’s fulfillment centers.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Payment is required at checkout.
We accept secure online payments via Stripe. Once payment is processed, the order is forwarded for immediate fulfillment.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and local postal services.
Printful is responsible for packaging and dispatch.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including those caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
We do not ship or receive goods from Switzerland.
5. Returns, Refunds & Claims
All products are printed on demand and are not returnable unless defective, misprinted, or lost in transit.
We accept refund or replacement claims only in the following cases:
- Misprinted, damaged, or defective items
- Orders lost during shipping
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product (or expected delivery for lost items). If approved, Printful will provide either a replacement or a refund.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size or color ordered
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages
These situations are not covered by our fulfillment partner Printful’s return policy.

or to the relevant Printful EU fulfillment center indicated on the shipping label.
Returns sent directly to our Swiss business address will not be processed.
For any issues, please contact us first — we will coordinate the claims process with Printful on your behalf.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the destination country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
7. Data Protection & Privacy Notice
We take your privacy seriously and only collect the minimum information necessary to process and fulfill your order.

This data is not retained on our server beyond what is technically required to complete the transaction.

We share the minimum necessary information with our fulfillment partner Printful for production and delivery of your order. Printful acts as a data processor under applicable privacy laws.
You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Since no customer accounts or local storage are maintained, your data is not stored on stuffedgpt.com after order completion.
